Yeshua A. Gómez Bretón Associate Partner | EY Law

Function at EY Yeshua is an Associate Partner for EY México’s Legal Labor Practice.

Professional Experience Yeshua has more than 16 years of experience within the Scope of Labor Law. He is a member of EY since 2017 and he is in charge of the Mexican coordination of the Firm’s Labor Law Practice.

Yeshua has counsel Companies and Employers in individual and collective Labor related matters before Labor Courts all over Mexico, also with high profile labor disputes (expatriate & executive), collective terminations, high-risk terminations and collective bargains with Syndicates.

Education Bachelor of Law from UANL’s Facultad de Derecho. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Regiomontana.

He is an Instructor in Nuevo León for COPARMEX at their Labor Relationship seminar. Active member of ANADE Nuevo León. Judiciary Instructor for Nuevo León State.

Zatzin Delgado Gerente Senior | PAS Immigration

Function at EY Zatzin is a Senior Manager for the Immigration Services Team based in Mexico City.

Professional Experience Zatzin has more than 16 years of experience within the Immigration consulting and compliance Services spectrum.

His expertise has been focused on Mobility strategies that allow the Companies to move, on a timely matter, their employees to Mexico for medium and large scale projects, especially for Energy and Technology companies.

Zatzin has provided support to companies in most of the States of Mexico, he has vast experience to support clients identifying alternate locations and solutions for their immigration needs.

From 2014 to 2016 was on an International Assignment in Canada with EY Canada’s Global Immigration team, he participated in world projects that covered more than 100 Countries simultaneously.

In recent years, he has been working on developing a regional and global presence of EY Mexico’s team, providing support to some of the biggest clients of the firm, along with supporting the global development and projection of the better performance members of the team.

 Education Zatzin holds a Bachelor of Law from the “Facultad de Derecho” of the “Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México”. Active member of ANADE in CDMX and Committee Coordinator for Immigration Law.


Mario A. Garcia Senior Manager | PAS Mobility

Function at EY Mario is a Senior Manager at the Tax Mobility practice in EY Mexico.

Professional Experience Mario has more than 15 years of experience, from which 12 years have been working at the International Mobility Tax area. He has vast experience in the Mexican individual taxation spectrum, including international matters for clients from different sectors (oil & gas, Finance & Banking, manufacturing, among others).

Mario has vast experience in tax compliance for expatriate population (short term, long term, international transfers, etc.) including Income Tax returns review, shadow payroll implementation, tax consulting sessions with expatriate transferees among other activities.

He has participated in informative sessions for Mobility programs and Tax implications for clients from different industries.

Mario is specialized in tax consulting related to Equity Compensation (Stock options, RSU). Also, he is experienced in Mexican Taxation for Non Tax Residents, Income Tax Treaties Analysis and compensation packages among.

Currently Mario is in charge of EY’s internal Expatriate Consulting subarea.

Education Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Universidad Tecnologica de México Law and Tax Diploma from Universidad Panamericana


Gladys Mitchell is the Human Resources Strategic Business Partner (HRSBP) Of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) for their Mexico’s North Zone. She is responsible to support the zone’s operation and its teams.

Additionally, she was the HRSBP for R&D, PACS, Technical and Digital functions; she started her journey with TCCC as the TAP for Mexico’s Business Unit. Adding to her 12 year career so far with TCCC, Gladys adds twelve years working for two International Headhunting firms where she had the opportunity to work in different sectors such as Financial Services, Tech, and Industrial.

Her expertise includes new business development and special projects for the Clients of the Mexico’s offices. At the beginning of her career Gladys was the PR and Promotion area of the Universidad Panamericana (UP).

Gladys holds a bachelor degree on Institutional Management by the UP and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
