• What is the impact of international (remote) working on the pension of the employee, are the Dutch pension premiums still tax deductible?
• Is it an obligation to participate into a Dutch pension plan for local hires that only will stay a few years in the Netherlands?
• Is it possible for our local hires that participate in a Dutch pension plan, to transfer or collect their pension rights once they leave the Netherlands?

The event will be presented by Remko Jellema from Hillbrook and Jeroen Bout.

Jeroen is a certified actuary and has over 25 years experience in Human Capital and M&A Deal practices as partner of PwC and as partner of Deloitte.

Jeroen advises global companies on pension plan design, including the international and taxation aspects of value transfers and expatriation.
