Ana Gazarian CEO, Employee Mobility Solutions

Ana, a law graduate, founded EMS in 1986 as Gazarian & Associates, a law firm specializing in the management of immigration processes for multinational corporations. Later Gazarian & Associates developed its international division, Employee Mobility Solutions (EMS), offering immigration, tax and relocation services. Currently Employee Mobility Solutions has 11 offices in Spain, USA and LATAM.

Javier Ales Management Direct, Manpower Group

Javier is a HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in talent development and management. He has been working both in consulting and in large international companies. He is currently leading the Interim Management business unit in ManpowerGroup Spain. Among his responsibilities, the coordination of the international accounts and the mobility area can be highlighted. He is a Graduate in Laws and in Psychology, and his executive education includes a Master’s Degree in HR with an specialization of Compensation and Benefits.

For four years he was the facilitating agent in the management and organization of the Large Companies and Strategic Collectives Unit, bringing its operation closer to professionals and citizens in general, Civil Servant of the Superior Postal and Telecommunications Corps (A1), Expert in international mobility, Lecturer, Director of Private Security, Auditor specialized in process control, treasury, and risk management.Currently, Head of the Personnel Area at the Nuclear Safety Council.

Julyana is a qualified immigration lawyer and dual Brazilian-Italian citizen. With a strong focus on corporate clients, Julyana expertly navigates the complexities of immigration compliance in both Brazil and Portugal, helping businesses and their employees transition seamlessly across borders.

Raquel Silva Simões Tax Lawyer, Fresh Portugal

Raquel Silva Simões is the tax lawyer responsible for Private Wealth clients at Fresh Portugal. She has several years of experience with private clients and global mobility with a focus on tax planning and compliance, having begun her career at EY and proceeded to work with some of the most reputable tax law firms in Portugal.

Fabiana Franke Global Mobility Director, Employee Mobility Solutions

With 15 years of experience in international mobility, Fabiana began her professional career as a Global Mobility Consultant managing processes for large international companies in all sectors, advising expatriates and Human Resources departments Since 2014, she has held the position of Operations Manager at EMS, supervising the global teams of the different Global Mobility departments.

María Ángeles López Tax Specialist, Employee Mobility Solutions

Tax lawyer with 20 years of experience, working in tax compliance, corporate services and legal matters in multinational and international environments covering a wide range of sectors.He is currently Team Leader in the tax department of EMS, providing the necessary advice to the company and employees on international assignments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and international obligations in both home and host countries.

Rossana Veglia Chief Mobility Officer, Global International Relocation

 In her current role as the Chief Mobility Officer at Global International Relocation in Portugal, Rossana oversees all aspects of the Destination Service business locally. From spearheading Business Development and fostering client relations to refining operational processes and nurturing team development, her responsibilities span the breadth of the organization.

Inigo Lopez CEO, BiCortex Languages and Translations

Inigo considers himself to be both multicultural and a world citizen. He travels as much as his personal and business life allows. He has lived in Ireland, the UK, France, Spain and Brazil. Global Mobility is his dream industry. He landed here by chance in 2015 after 15 years in the Satellite Communications industry. He holds an MA in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Cantabria and an Executive MBA from ESIC. Inigo is a native Spanish speaker and has business level fluency in English, French and Portuguese. Additionally, he has a B2 level in German and B1 in Italian.
