Jacquelyn (Jacky) P. Maroney - Ogletree Deakins


Jacquelyn P. Maroney practices in the Austin office of Ogletree Deakins and is currently a co-chair of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. She provides comprehensive business immigration representation to domestic and multinational corporations with a focus on the software, information technology, semiconductor, biotechnology, health care, and oil and gas industries.Jacky brings extensive experience to bear on the full range of business immigration. What sets her apart is the emphasis she places on collaborating with clients on strategic planning and smart immigration program management. Jacky has a strong record of partnering with corporations to develop, execute, and continually improve domestic and global immigration programs that deliver value while reflecting the corporate client’s priorities and unique culture. Bobby Bartle, Esq. - Aires


Bobby joined Aires in 2014. He currently serves as General Counsel and as the Head of Immigration. In this role, he serves as internal counsel to Aires and provides legal advice to key stakeholders and executives. Additionally, having a specific background and passion towards corporate immigration law, Bobby oversees the evolution and strategy of immigration operations and services that Aires provides to its clients and assignees throughout the world. With a staff of immigration professionals spanning the world and a vast independent network of in-country immigration representatives, Aires partners with our clients to not only design and manage efficient and cost-effective immigration programs but to also administer and organize their cases and data in a streamlined fashion. Bobby is passionate about blending these services within the overall mobility function. In his time with Aires, Bobby has also held the positions of Director, Immigration & Legal Affairs, Immigration Attorney, and Immigration Specialist. Prior to joining Aires, he worked at a global sports agency where he coordinated and procured global visas for professional athletes and Olympians. Bobby’s credentials include the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from Worldwide ERC® and an Advanced Certificate in Immigration Law from City University of New York. Bobby also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree from Georgetown University, and a juris doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Reggie McIntyre - Global Sales Manager, ADP


With a career characterized by a recent role change, I have successfully expanded my expertise in serving clients in the global market. My current focus centers on guiding companies through digital transformation for ERP and HCM, steering them towards cloud solutions, and implementing robust global payroll strategies. Over decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My specialization includes seamless integration with ERP/HCM systems and providing comprehensive global coverage. These attributes have been pivotal in establishing ADP as the preferred partner for major global companies, where we turn the vision of one global payroll system for the world into a reality. A native of the vibrant New Orleans area, I earned my General Business Bachelor's Degree from LSU. In the past 30 years, I have been a key player in providing global payroll and HCM solutions at major industry players, including ADP, Workday, and UKG, with an impressive 25-year tenure at ADP. Throughout my career, I have cultivated direct user and customer experience with leading systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, Kronos, Ultimate Software, and Concur. My expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of these platforms to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients. On a personal note, family is at the heart of my life. Married with three sons – one in college, another in high school, and the youngest in grammar school – I find immense joy in spending time with them.


Jarrett Cosyns – Senior Manager, KPMG


Jarrett is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice. He has 15 years of client service experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation, audit defense and dispute resolution, advance pricing agreements, and due diligence for public and privately held clients. Jarrett has managed and executed engagements for a broad range of U.S. multi-national and foreign-owned clients operating in countries all over the world and has experience advising clients on a wide range of transfer pricing matters related to their businesses. Huy Dinh -  Workforce Tax Partner, Vialto Partners


Huy is a partner (based in Houston) with close to 20 years of experience in global mobility all with Vialto Partners. Huy has an in-depth understanding of managing a global mobile workforce and advises clients across many sectors on overall strategy related to their mobility program. He supports various companies with mobility trends, program coordination, tax implications/panning, compensation reporting, assignment planning and policy development He is a Certified Public Accountant. Gina Grover - Practice Leader, Weichert Workforce Mobility

As an Advisory Services Practice Leader at Weichert Workforce Mobility, I work directly with clients across multiple industries to identify solutions through proven research and benchmarking methods. I draw on my more than a decade of mobility experience in various roles, thereby developing a complete view of programs administered by today’s leading organizations. I promote talent mobility best practices and the latest trends to clients through ongoing research and benchmark studies. Throughout every project, I listen to clients to understand their goals, making recommendations to policies and programs that are cost effective and competitive, and provides data to support leadership approval. I see the project through to the end, developing innovative framework designs and policies that supports a great employee experience, working with Weichert teams to support a seamless implementation. Prior to my mobility career, I worked as an executive in the advertising industry for over 11 years, developing and executing marketing plans for one of the world’s more recognizable restaurant chains.
