Remote working and Digital Nomad Woes (The good, the bad, the ugly)
Remote work is here to stay! Deloitte’s global survey shows that 90% of CFOs continue to cite difficulties in securing and retaining talent as a business risk and 73% of employees are more likely to stay if their employer will support remote work going forward. Employees actively embrace international remote working while many companies are at very different stages of policy development.
This FEM chapter meeting is an opportunity for you to hear and share stories on what organisations are currently doing around remote work policies. Our panel will share where they are at with their remote work journey and we will share the results and key insights from Deloitte’s recent survey. There will also be subject matter experts in the audience who will contribute to the discussion on immigration, tax and HSE/Risk.
