13.30 UK Home Office update on ETA’s
14.00 – 14.45 Session part 1 – Framing
Henry Coutinho- Mason and Stuart Tate will each provide an outline of a major macro/ global change that is predicted/ is occurring. be matters like Protectionism, AI and Automation, Demographic/ Economic change. Each guest will cover a theme of change, a catalyst, that will bring about change,
15.00 – 15.45 Session part 2 – Discussion
The attendees will be broken into 3 groups and each group will take one of the three 3 themes/catalysts described above. Each group (will be facilitated) and asked to simulate how the catalyst they are covering will impact global mobility over a 10-year timeframe. How will impact the employees, GM teams, the organisation, and wider communities? What will global mobility look like in the future?
15.45 - 16.30 Session part 3 – Report & Capture
Each group reports back what the world of global mobility has iterated into considering the change/catalyst they discussed. A live doodle cartoon/infographic will be produced to capture the feedback from the 3 groups, and this becomes the output of the session.
16.30 Networking drinks and canapes
This meeting is open to all the Corporate HR / Global Mobility Professionals and to Suppliers (who need an annual FEM Membership).
